Sales Representative - Northwest WI - Emergency Care (Fire/EMS)

Stryker

Field-based sales representative position focused on selling emergency care and fire/EMS products to pre-hospital providers in northwest Wisconsin. Role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and demonstrating advanced medical equipment to fire departments and emergency services.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Emergency Care products including transport systems, defibrillators, and compression devices
Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative approach with fire chiefs and medical directors
Develop expertise in Fire/EMS product line and competitive landscape to build customer credibility
Manage customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and process orders
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and budget management
Ability to lift, move, and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds
Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with competitor products and market trends

Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
