Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Tampa, FL. Requirements Early career SDR or BDR experience from tier 3 or 4 SaaS companies or staffing agencies Self-driven personality with proactive communication skills Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads Ability to manage and prioritize multiple outreach activities Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to achieve targets Responsibilities Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media Qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet target criteria Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
