Office Assistant - Construction Company

Location: Alexandria, LA



Pay: $14-$18/hr (based on experience) Hours: 34-40 hours per week



Type: Direct Hire


We're hiring a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations for a busy construction company in Alexandria. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly.



Responsibilities:

  • Handle phones, emails, and general office communication
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support project managers with paperwork and scheduling
  • Maintain office supplies and organize work areas
  • Greet visitors and coordinate basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, basic spreadsheets)
  • Good communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working in a construction-office environment
  • Dependable and detail-oriented
