Responsibilities Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products, including new arrivals and best sellers. Assist in delegating tasks and managing workflow during busy periods. Assist with inventory management, handle transactions accurately, and ensure the store is clean and organized. Be the face of Buck Mason, building relationships with customers and community partners. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. Qualifications 1-3 years of retail experience. Results-driven – laser-focused on hitting targets and driving business growth.
