Medical Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to become a part of our team. You will be asked to perform a variety of routine tasks to help keep the medical office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments
Answering phones
Filing and Faxing
Preparing charts for upcoming appointments
Retrieving medical records as necessary
Enter patient information in to EHR system, Kareo
Scanning patient information in to EHR, Kareo

Qualifications:

Dependable-very important
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional and friendly to patients
