Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, maintain high standards, and drive growth. You'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee staff, and manage financials.

Responsibilities :

Lead all restaurant operations: quality control, customer service, inventory, and financials.
Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
Maintain high standards in both front and back-of-house operations, with an ownership mentality.
Manage budgeting and financial planning to meet sales goals.
Build community relationships and promote Cultural brand presence.
Develop and maintain SOPs that align with the company vision

Qualifications :

3+ years Senior Manager experience in a high volume, upscale, full service restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Passion for food, hospitality, and team development.
Passion for international culture and diversity
