What You'll Do:
- Drive operational excellence across food quality, guest experience, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule front-line staff while keeping a close eye on labor, overtime, and retention KPIs.
- Oversee recruitment, training, local marketing, and hands-on employee development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work an average of 55 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing large teams and handling multiple priorities.
- A strong track record of coaching for career advancement.
