What You'll Do:

Drive operational excellence across food quality, guest experience, and equipment maintenance.
Lead, mentor, and schedule front-line staff while keeping a close eye on labor, overtime, and retention KPIs.
Oversee recruitment, training, local marketing, and hands-on employee development.

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work an average of 55 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing large teams and handling multiple priorities.
A strong track record of coaching for career advancement.
