CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the center of it all, trusted with essential responsibilities like:

Managing food inventory with accuracy and intention
Eliminating ticket delays and streamlining the rhythm of the kitchen
Leading, mentoring, and empowering kitchen staff
Counting tills and recording operational data with precision

You'll have a full‑time schedule during our operating hours:

Sun–Wed: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Thu–Sat: 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of restaurant experience
2+ years of leadership experience
