This role will help optimize spend, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive efficiency in sourcing a wide range of products and services. This position reports to the Procurement Category Manager./ppThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supplier negotiation, and spend analytics. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to ensure the best value and strategic alignment in marketing investments./ph3Position Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist in sourcing and contracting marketing services, including media buys, creative agencies, digital and print advertising, events, and promotional merchandise./liliSupport RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection to drive cost savings and service improvements./liliTrack and analyze category spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supplier performance./liliMonitor supplier contracts, renewals, and compliance with company policies./li/ulh3Supplier Contract Management/h3ulliWork with key marketing suppliers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs)./liliConduct supplier performance reviews and assist in quarterly business reviews (QBRs)./liliResearch and evaluate new supplier capabilities to drive innovation and competitive advantage./liliLead and support complex negotiations for Marketing contracts./liliEnsure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards./liliManage contract renewals proactively to optimize terms and prevent lapses in service./li/ulh3Market Analysis Risk Mitigation/h3ulliStay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and digital media innovations./liliIdentify risks related to data privacy, brand reputation, and vendor compliance./liliPartner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence in marketing contracts/li/ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration/h3ulliCollaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Legal to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives./liliSupport the Marketing Category Manager in executing sourcing strategies./liliAssist in developing dashboards and reports to track category performance and supplier effectiveness./li/ulh3Position Requirements/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field./lili3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, preferably in marketing and communications./liliExperience working with marketing agencies, digital media, or promotional services./liliStrong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools) to simplify and optimize productivity for the team, internal clients, and suppliers./liliKnowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in marketing procurement is a plus./liliStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally./liliAbility to work in-office full-time, with occasional travel/li/ulh3About Integrity/h3pIntegrity is one of the nations leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
