Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local company to search for an Accounts Receivable professional.

This full-time position will be responsible for supporting the company's accounts receivable functions and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have several years of accounting or accounts receivable experience and be comfortable working independently in a detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities
Process invoices, payments, and account adjustments
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate records and assist with account reconciliations
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding account questions

Qualifications:

Several years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; accounting software experience preferred

Pay: $23-$25/hour
