Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Oral Surgeon in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Oral Surgery role within mission-driven community healthcare organization
• Opportunity to perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures within established practice environment
• Flexible scheduling options available including part-time or full-time structure
• Collaborative clinical model with integrated dental support staff
• Stable outpatient environment designed to support provider autonomy and patient-focused care

COMPENSATION
• Approximately $113 per hour
• Equivalent earning potential of $235,000+ annually based on full-time schedule
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE
• Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling available
• Minimum 24 hours weekly required
• Outpatient-only surgical setting

ROLE
• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including complex extractions
• Evaluate patients using imaging and diagnostic tools
• Develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans
• Administer anesthesia and ensure patient safety during procedures
• Collaborate with dentists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide oral health education and preventative guidance

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree REQUIRED
• Completion of accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Experience with oral surgery procedures and anesthesia REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication approach REQUIRED
