Entry Level/Oil Change Technician

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused Lube Technician to join our service department. Experience is welcome but not required—if you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide the training. Manufacturer Recognition Programs * Clean, safe work environment * High-speed internet & WiFi * Access to the latest technology * Supportive, team-oriented staff Responsibilities * Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance * Inspect and top off vehicle fluids * Check and adjust tire pressure * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Communicate with parts and service teams to support workflow * Safely operate tools and shop equipment * Assist with diagnostics and repairs as skills develop * Follow factory and dealership procedures and documentation Qualifications * Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field * Basic mechanical aptitude (experience a plus) * Strong teamwork and communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Dependable, punctual, and coachable * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Nissan of Elk Grove is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
