Senior Project Manager - Structural

Job TitleWalter P Moore has an immediate opening for an Engineer or Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Structural Engineering team.ResponsibilitiesThe qualified candidate will have at least 12+ years of relevant California experience working on design of office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues and other large commercial structures with construction costs of $25 million and up. Project management experience is required.The qualified candidate should possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated project manager who can work within a strong team environment, serving clients on major projects throughout the United States and internationally. Technical specialization, proactivity and aggressiveness when meeting client and project needs, are pluses.Clients will include architects, developers, institutions, and contractors. In addition to all the skills listed above, the qualified candidate should possess a strong "can-do" customer service attitude.Qualifications12+ years of experience in relevant commercial building design in CaliforniaDemonstrated career growth that includes project management experienceMaster's in Civil Engineering with emphasis in StructuralP.E. and California S.E. Required, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 monthsCandidates must be proactive, have strong organizational skill, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be client-service orientedThis position has an annual salary range as stated below and is, in good faith, an estimate. The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity.
