Back of House Team Member High School Student (16+) At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. This is a great opportunity for high school students to gain real-world experience, build discipline, and develop strong work habits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Type: Part-time (Student Availability) What You’ll Do: Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support team members to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 16 years old Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and able to follow direction Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Scheduling & Availability: Flexible scheduling around school and activities Availability for evenings, weekends, and/or school breaks preferred Benefits Include: Employee meals during shifts Flexible scheduling (closed on Sundays) Scholarship opportunities Leadership development and skill-building A supportive team environment focused on growth and accountability Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are independently owned and operated.
