Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) required at time of submission
- Current certifications: BLS, NHISS (prior to start), ACLS
- Up-to-date resume with 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical/telemetry
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Current driver's license with address matching demographics
- NURSYS report for license verification with all active RN licenses
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner (not required)
- Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to high-acuity medical-surgical patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Compliance / Notes
- RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at time of submission
- Traveler may be requested to float to partner facilities when needed
