As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Screening in Fort Worth, TX , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location. Screen employees, visitors, and/or deliveries entering or exiting the location, verifying authorization and reporting irregular activity according to site protocols. Monitor access points, inspect badges and/or credentials, and document visitor or vehicle information as required for the post. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized access or prohibited items. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
