ROUTE DRIVER - OFFICE COFFEE (FULL TIME)

Job Title: Route Driver – Office Coffee Location: 26 Upton Drive, Wilmington, MA 01887 (Canteen) Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, day shift. Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. We are hiring immediately for this full‑time position. Note: online applications accepted only. Job Summary The Route Driver operates a company vehicle over a fixed route to deliver products or provide services and maintains vending and related equipment. The driver represents the company and projects a professional image while building strong client and customer relationships. This role offers advancement opportunities to entry‑level management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines. Ensure client and customer satisfaction in all interactions. Adhere to company policies and administer them as needed. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and equipment. Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines; report defective equipment to maintenance. Prior to each route, verify that the truck is properly loaded with required products. Inform clients and customers of new products or services, listen to and resolve complaints. Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or distribute promotional materials. Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash transactions. Perform inventory reconciliation according to district procedures. Keep the company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. Perform all job functions safely and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of driving experience. Valid non‑CDL Class C driver's license (unless state requires otherwise). Preferred 1‑2 years of customer‑service experience or 1 year of related experience. Able to lift 50 lbs consistently. Ability or willingness to operate material‑handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.). Work independently, responsible for route; unsupervised 98% of the work day.
