What You'll Do
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their unique needs while growing a strong book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Review policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage and increase customer protection.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to strengthen customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum of 6 months of insurance sales or agency experience .
• Allstate experience preferred!
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
