Salesforce Platform Developer (local only) Location: Hybrid Nashville, Tennessee

Experience: 7+ years Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and development oversight for Salesforce teams.

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Review Apex, triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integration patterns.

Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Support development across multiple Salesforce organizations and architectures.

Conduct code reviews and support release, testing, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot complex Salesforce performance, integration, and platform issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integrations.

Experience with Salesforce security, architecture, governor limits, and development standards.

Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or development oversight.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required or must be obtained within the established timeframe.

Tennessee local candidates only.

Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud is preferred.
