Salesforce Platform Administrator (Only local candidates)

Salesforce Platform Administrator (Only local candidates) Location: Nashville, TN Hybrid

Contract: Contract

Schedule: Hybrid

Experience: 3+ years Responsibilities

Manage Salesforce users, provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security configuration.

Configure page layouts, Salesforce Flows, automation, validation rules, and data model changes.

Maintain Salesforce data quality, including duplicate management, data cleansing, and validation.

Support Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configuration solutions.

Support sandbox preparation, testing, releases, and deployment activities.

Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards and support multiple Salesforce organizations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional Salesforce Administration experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, configuration, automation, and data management.

Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and data management.

Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce configurations.

Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification required.

Tennessee local candidates only.
