Dock Representative

Dock Representative works on the cruise ship docks downtown Juneau, Alaska as a coordinator between ship sales staff, TEMSCO base and Dog Camp.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming and gathering cruise ship guests and collecting necessary guest information in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintaining strict timelines for tour operations
• Effectively communicating with TEMSCO dispatch team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity
• Keeping an accurate record of daily passenger counts with ships and TEMSCO Dispatch
• Communicating with Dog Camp departure times, # of passengers and assisting in collecting Dog Camp waivers.

To be a successful Dog Camp Dock Representative for Gold Rush Dog Tours applicants should be:

• Highly organized
• Customer service oriented
• A proactive problem solver
• Able to work independently

• Valid CPR and First Aid
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Legally able to work in the U.S.
