Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Director Join our team! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Time Human Resources Director to lead and support all aspects of Human Resources. This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, policy development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to recruit, hire, and retain top talent. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, workers\' compensation, and other HR-related programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies, regulations, and employment laws. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage HR systems, employee records, reporting, and other administrative functions. Lead HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. Coordinate employee training, compliance programs, and leadership development initiatives. Support organizational audits, accreditation surveys, and regulatory reporting requirements. Foster employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, employment law, and HR best practices. Experience managing multiple priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice is preferred.
