Responsible for the company's tax compliance in accordance with federal and state laws. Responsibilities:Experience preparing corporate tax returnsA firm understanding of section 382 and Net Operating Loss carryforwardExperience Sales & Use tax and property tax filingsFederal and State tax return filing and tax provision analysisExperience with SAP software and SOVOSHighly organized, self-driven, strong attention to detail, proven problem solving skillsRequirements:B.S in accounting/finance5+ years experience in corporate taxExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work on-site everydayIf interested please send resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
