Director, Digital & Technology Services - AI & Data Strategy

Experience and Skills Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals. Digital and AI Transformation Strategy Data architecture and analytics Evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP and other software applications Business / functional requirements gathering for software solutions Complex program management Distressed program remediation IT merger and acquisition integration, divestiture and carve-out IT process improvement and strategy RDI / RFP development and execution Responsibilities Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues. Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches. Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables. Effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities. Qualifications Hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications and RAG systems. Ability to shape AI solutions and strategy aligned with technology, data, and business outcomes. Deep expertise in data, analytics, and enterprise‑scale AI/ML solutions (10+ years consulting, including 5+ years in AI/ML). Experience delivering complex, high‑value AI/ML engagements with multidisciplinary teams. Strong experience applying modern AI technologies and staying current with rapidly evolving tools, platforms, and use cases. Proven track record of delivering large‑scale AI solutions and data architectures in enterprise environments.
