Pacific Fertility Center | 615A 55 Francisco Street Fifth Floor San Francisco, CA 94133, USA Description We are seeking a full time Registered Nurse for our San Francisco location. Hours: Monday - Friday, day shift with weekend and holiday rotation. Job Duties will include: Coordinate and manage patient care throughout fertility treatment cycles, including ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, embryo transfer, and early pregnancy monitoring. Educate patients on fertility diagnoses, treatment plans, medication administration, injection techniques, and expectations while providing compassionate emotional support. Perform clinical assessments, obtain patient histories, monitor laboratory and ultrasound results, and communicate findings to reproductive endocrinologists and the multidisciplinary care team. Administer medications, coordinate treatment protocols, schedule diagnostic testing and procedures, and ensure adherence to evidence-based fertility care standards. Triage patient concerns via phone and electronic messaging, assess symptoms, provide clinical guidance, and coordinate timely interventions and follow-up care. Maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate communication among providers, laboratories, and pharmacies, and support high-quality patient outcomes. Job specifications/requirements: Excellent communications and interpersonal skills a must women’s health or infertility background highly desired but willing to train enthusiastic, highly motivated RN Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese strongly preferred.
