About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join their lending team in a fully remote position. You will analyze financial statements, conduct due diligence, and prepare credit reports to support lending decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other financial data to assess the creditworthiness of applicants. Prepare detailed credit memorandums and recommendations for loan approval or rejection. Conduct due diligence and background checks on borrowers. Monitor existing loan portfolios for potential risks and covenant compliance. Stay informed about credit policies, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting lending. Collaborate with loan officers and relationship managers to ensure smooth processing of applications. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or a related financial role. Strong understanding of financial analysis, ratio analysis, and credit scoring models. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills. Ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
