CNA I - Certified Nursing Assistant Night Shift

Overview: Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing essential patient care during night shifts. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, observing patient conditions, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked patient environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver basic patient care with attention to comfort and safety. Monitor and report any unusual changes in patient status promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies within the unit. Perform additional duties as assigned by the care team.

Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Comfortable working under supervision within a multidisciplinary team. Adaptable to varying work schedules and tasks. Basic computer literacy and understanding of age-specific patient needs are essential. Physical stamina required for standing, walking, bending, lifting, and patient repositioning. Must have keen visual and auditory observation skills. Awareness of infection control practices due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.

Education and Certifications: Must hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and be listed on the Nursing Assistant Registry.

Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare support role is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and develop new skills is highly valued.
