Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Achieve or exceed assigned annual quota through execution of approved Sales & Marketing plans and strategiesDevelops long term relationships with customers and key decision makersAssist in identifying key opportunities within each accountProvide feedback on market trends as well as competitor activity within each accountDetermine appropriate resources needed to support growth (i.e., training, clinical support specialists)Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high performance sales team including hiring, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary actionsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirementsWork effectively with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory AffairsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred7+ years relevant experienceExperience managing direct reportsStrong knowledge of medical device industry and hospital infrastructureAbility to analyze business systems and processesDemonstrated excellence in influencing, negotiating, and building partnershipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTravel Requirements: 50–60%At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
