Business Development Manager

HireLevel is seeking a Business Development Manager – Recruiting & Staffing Services to generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our recruiting teams. This is a revenue‑focused sales role , ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business-while partnering with recruiters who deliver the talent. Based onsite in St. Louis, MO , this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings and the company's success. With uncapped commission, your upside is limited only by your drive and results. As a Business Development Manager , your primary responsibility is to bring in new client business for HireLevel's recruiting and HR solutions. You will not be responsible for recruiting candidates. Key responsibilities include: Proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships in the St. Louis market Selling HireLevel's recruiting, staffing, and human capital services to new customers Conducting discovery conversations to understand client hiring and workforce challenges Presenting customized solutions in partnership with internal recruiting and delivery teams Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution Building a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and follow‑up Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and long‑term client satisfaction Maintaining CRM activity, tracking pipeline progress, and forecasting revenue Representing HireLevel professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions Your success in this role directly drives opportunities for our recruiters and growth across the organization. What Matters Most: Qualifications & Traits To succeed in this role, you should bring: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or staffing/recruiting sales A strong "hunter" mindset with comfort in cold outreach and new logo development Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills The ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions Confidence managing a sales pipeline and closing deals A self‑motivated, goal‑driven approach with a desire for uncapped earning potential Professional integrity and a consultative, customer‑first sales style Experience selling staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services is strongly preferred Why Join HireLevel?
