This is a revenue‑focused sales role , ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business-while partnering with recruiters who deliver the talent. As a Business Development Manager , your primary responsibility is to bring in new client business for HireLevel's recruiting and HR solutions. You will not be responsible for recruiting candidates. Key responsibilities include: Proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships in the St. Louis market Selling HireLevel's recruiting, staffing, and human capital services to new customers Conducting discovery conversations to understand client hiring and workforce challenges Presenting customized solutions in partnership with internal recruiting and delivery teams Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution Building a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and follow‑up Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and long‑term client satisfaction Maintaining CRM activity, tracking pipeline progress, and forecasting revenue Representing HireLevel professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions Your success in this role directly drives opportunities for our recruiters and growth across the organization.
