Senior Manager, Brand & Content

Arrow International is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Brand & Content to lead our brand standards, messaging strategy, visual identity, and content development across the organization.

This individual will play a key role in continuing to build and evolve the Arrow brand. The role will own the standards that define how Arrow looks, sounds, and communicates across channels, including brand guidelines, messaging, tone of voice, visual identity, graphic design, motion/video, and content development.

Arrow serves a unique and diverse audience that includes distributors, charitable organizations, operators, consumers, employees, and other stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for translating product and commercial strategies into clear messaging and campaign frameworks that resonate with those different audiences while maintaining a consistent Arrow brand.

The Senior Manager will also lead Arrow's creative resources across copywriting, graphic design, and motion design. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable developing messaging strategy, reviewing creative work, leading a team, and partnering across Product Management, Channel Management, Sales, Legal, Human Resources, and other areas of the organization.

This role will report to the Director, Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Own and continue to evolve Arrow's brand standards, visual identity, style guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging framework.
• Develop clear standards for logo and tagline usage, graphic design, motion/video, digital applications, and other brand touchpoints.
• Establish messaging strategies tailored to Arrow's key audiences, including distributors, operators, charitable organizations, consumers, and employees.
• Translate product, channel, and commercial strategies into compelling messaging, campaigns, and creative briefs.
• Develop campaign frameworks that can be adapted across products, channels, distributors, and customer audiences.
• Lead the development of corporate website content, social content, product and equipment materials, brochures/catalogs, executive presentations, internal communications, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure content and creative assets are available to support Sales and other customer-facing teams.
• Own and maintain Arrow's brand asset library, digital asset management processes, and content management standards.
• Directly lead and develop creative resources across copywriting, graphic design, and motion design.
• Manage the content calendar and creative production backlog, balancing priorities across multiple business needs.
• Review and approve marketing creative to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with Arrow's brand.
• Manage external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendor relationships as needed.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Channel Management, and Sales to understand business priorities and translate them into effective communications.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure new or modified messaging is appropriately reviewed for Arrow's regulated gaming environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, Business, or a related field required.
• 812 years of progressive B2B or B2B2C brand, content, communications, or integrated marketing experience.
• 24 years of experience managing a creative team that includes writers, designers, or similar creative professionals.
• Strong writing and messaging background with the ability to effectively lead and provide direction to copywriting resources.
• Demonstrated experience translating commercial and business strategies into messaging and content strategies.
• Experience developing, implementing, or substantially evolving brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Experience overseeing creative development across digital, print, social, presentation, and multimedia formats.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing creative workflows, calendars, and competing priorities.
• Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders throughout an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience within a regulated industry where marketing claims require legal or compliance review preferred.
• Motion/video production management experience is a plus.
