As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll lead strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels while partnering closely with Sales and executive leadership. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to own marketing campaigns from concept to execution, analyze performance metrics, optimize marketing processes, and help shape the future direction of the company's marketing efforts.


What You'll Do
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that support business growth, brand awareness, and sales objectives.
• Produce engaging content for digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, social media, blogs, and sales materials.
• Drive lead generation through SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, marketing automation, and other digital initiatives.
• Partner with Sales to strengthen pipeline development while coordinating targeted campaigns, events, webinars, and industry sponsorships.
• Maintain and optimize the company's online presence by managing website content, user experience improvements, and HubSpot marketing automation.
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing analytics to identify trends, improve engagement, and maximize lead conversion and return on investment.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services, staffing, financial services, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated success planning and executing lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Strong background in content creation, digital marketing, brand messaging, and campaign management across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media tools.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive measurable results.

Location & Schedule
This position is onsite in the Shaker Heights area and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
