Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor entrances, gates, and credentialing points to help control authorized entry and exit of personnel, visitors, deliveries, and vehicles within a manufacturing and industrial location. Verify identification, issue visitor badges or passes, maintain required logs, and communicate access-related information with site contacts in a professional manner. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify potential security‑related issues and policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
