The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional practices, the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning styles, and a commitment to supporting at-risk students in a nontraditional educational setting. A background in reading is preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to participate in outdoor adventure programming, including overnight camping experiences.
