Deploy global, Pharma and Corporate category strategies locally, ensuring alignment while adapting to site constraints Ensure effective sourcing and supplier management at site level, supporting operational performance, cost control and service continuity Own site-specific categories not managed globally and contribute to cross-site coordination Independently manage site-specific purchasing categories Select, develop, and manage suppliers while ensuring sustainable supplier performance Conduct price and contract negotiations and identify cost‑saving opportunities Support sourcing activities for Capex and site projects, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment with project requirements Ensure supply and service continuity while actively managing procurement risks Collaborate with international procurement and functional teams to standardize and optimize processes Ensure visibility of site performance and contribute to reporting towards site and Pharma Purchasing leadership Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in strategic and/or indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CAPEX procurement, services sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations Strong cost management and negotiation capabilities Experience in supporting investment and change management projects Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution‑oriented working style Confident presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in an international and matrix organization environment is an advantage Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement) Willingness to take regular business trips and to be physically present at the Radolfzell location on a regular basis Aptar Pharma is part of AptarGroup, Inc., a global leader in drug and consumer product dosing, dispensing and protection technologies.
