Accounting Specialist

Accounting Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and various administrative office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working within Coupa, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely. Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including payment tracking and collections support. Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Support month-end and year-end accounting activities as needed. Perform data entry and other accounting-related administrative tasks. Essential Skills Accounts payable Accounts receivable Accounting Invoicing Data entry Bookkeeping Coupa Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required. Experience using Coupa is preferred. Previous experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an on-site office environment. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Blaine, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
