Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly consistent customer support through phone email and messaging
Help clients explore and book travel options like cruises resorts flights and vacation packages
Review itineraries payment details and travel documents with customers
Research destinations promotions and travel options that match each clients needs
Assist with simple booking or account related questions
Keep communication clear and steady throughout the planning process
Use travel platforms booking tools and customer service best practices
