El Supervisor de Producción es el principal punto de contacto entre los empleados de producción en el área de manufactura y la dirección. Colaboran con el equipo de gestión de la división y recursos humanos para contratar, capacitar y asesorar a los empleados, así como para ayudar en las previsiones de personal. Calificaciones De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en fabricación en las industrias de embalar o empaquetar. Bilingüe en inglés y español. Demostrada competencia en supervisar y motivar a los informes directos. Capacidad para comunicarse de manera oral y escrita de forma profesional en inglés y español. Dominio comprobado de la suite MS Office y capacidad para aprender nuevo software. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle. Autodidacta con un compromiso con la excelencia. Versatilidad, flexibilidad y una disposición para trabajar dentro de prioridades en constante cambio con entusiasmo. Capacidad para entender los requisitos de seguridad y promover una cultura de seguridad. Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar por las noches y los fines de semana. Poseer un medio de transporte confiable. Responsabilidades Programa el flujo de trabajo diario tanto para empleados como para materiales. Supervisa todas las actividades de producción realizadas por los empleados. Pronostica las necesidades de personal para satisfacer las demandas máximas del negocio. Establece y mantiene los estándares del departamento para la productividad, calidad, fiabilidad, entrega a tiempo y precisión. Coordina con el control de calidad para mantener los estándares de calidad. Colabora con Recursos Humanos y la Dirección General de la División para gestionar problemas de personal. #J-18808-Ljbffr TransPak
