Job Description As a Security Officer - Full Time - Mornings in Rochelle, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional supporting a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will contribute to a caring, agile, and reliable team culture while acting with integrity and bringing a professional presence to daily operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.48 / Hour Job Schedule Thursday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Friday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Saturday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sunday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post orders. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance, life emergency, and/or policy-related issues. Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining awareness of site-specific policies, and assisting with customer service needs while upholding Allied Universal standards. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
