Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

Managing a caseload of 75+ retirement plans, the full-time Senior Retirement Plan Administrator will oversee compliance testing, contribution calculations, and government reporting while providing guidance on plan design and legislative requirements. Key responsibilities Independently manage A-Z administration of 401(k) and cross-tested plans, excluding loan and distribution processing Perform compliance testing and government reporting, including ADP/ACP, 415, and Top Heavy testing Provide superior client service by responding to inquiries and discussing plan design changes with clients Required qualifications 10+ years of retirement plan experience Excellent knowledge of non-discrimination testing and advanced cross-testing concepts Ability to perform accrual-based trust accounting for Form 5500 purposes Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in FT William preferred ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred, or willingness to pursue them
