High School Diploma or GED. Active CPR/BLS. Valid CMA Certification. Valid NC Driver's license. One (1) year of clinical experience in a primary care, community health, or outpatient setting. Experience with underserved or rural populations. Familiarity with team-based care or PCMH/PCHH models.
