Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Partner with executive directors to develop and execute annual strategic priorities and operating plans
- Coordinate standardized templates, governance, and business processes across supported capabilities
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and executive materials for leadership meetings and reviews
- Lead functional transformation initiatives and operationalize enterprise-wide strategic direction
- Monitor organizational health metrics and recommend improvements to operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Doctorate degree or equivalent professional experience in project management
- Strategic planning and operational execution experience
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience with cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with business tools and knowledge management platforms
