Patient Support Programs Manager

AbbVie seeks a Patient Support Programs Manager to oversee patient support initiatives and lead a team of care specialists and patient advocates. The role involves designing and implementing patient solutions, managing metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally with brand and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor AbbVie Care Specialists and Patient Advocates through training and feedback
• Develop and track key performance indicators and metrics for program effectiveness and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in patient program management and monitoring
• Define patient program messaging aligned with brand strategy, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with stakeholders including affiliate, brand, and field teams on program status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, public health, or related field
• 3+ years pharmaceutical industry, access/reimbursement support, or case management experience
• Proven team leadership experience with empathetic interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and data analysis tools
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
• Willingness to travel island-wide and outside Puerto Rico
