Parts & Accessories Sales Associate

Join Fondy Powersports as a Parts & Accessories Sales Associate in Fond du Lac, WI, where you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts and accessory needs. You will play a key role in helping customers find the right products to enhance their powersports experience while supporting the overall sales goals of the company.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories that meet their needs and preferences.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, applications, and compatibility.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Manage inventory, restock shelves, and keep the sales area organized and presentable.
Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts orders.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to enhance their overall experience.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and store objectives.

Requirements

Previous sales experience, preferably in powersports, automotive, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and accessories is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Valid drivers license and ability to work flexible hours as needed.
