Receptionist Part-Time (2nd Shift) Location: Thales Austin Arboretum Shift: 1:00 PM 6:00 PM (CT) Pay: $19.00 per hour Interviews: Microsoft Teams ? In Person Thales is seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to support front desk operations in a security-focused environment with frequent high-level visitors. Personality, discretion, and professionalism are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage check-in/check-out (eWelcome system) Issue and track visitor/employee badges Answer and route phone calls Handle mail, deliveries, and FedEx labels Support meetings and office coordination Maintain email distribution lists Monitor conference room bookings (Outlook) Report facilities issues (CBRE system) Maintain a tidy, professional reception area Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior receptionist/front desk experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, composed, and discreet demeanor Compliance Requirement Must have U.S. citizenship or dual citizenship and be eligible for post-hire clearance (CFIUS / U.S. Department of the Treasury).
