Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist - Assistant Location: Houston, TX 77098 Job Summary Momentum Therapy Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team on a Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV) basis. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP), the SLPA will provide high‑quality speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans. This position offers scheduling flexibility while allowing clinicians to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families. Key Responsibilities Assist Speech Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans. Provide direct speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in both English and Spanish. Support assessment and evaluation procedures as directed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or related field. Certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
