Law Clerk: Legal Research & Opinion Drafting

Lancopasheriff

Lancaster County is seeking a Law Clerk to perform legal research, draft opinions and orders, and assist judges on the Court of Common Pleas. You will review briefs, analyze issues, and prepare summaries for en banc panels and trial courts. The role requires admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and a Juris Doctor degree, with strong research skills and attention to detail.
