(PRMI) is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Recruiter to partner with leadership in attracting exceptional mortgage talent and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing professional networks, identifying top talent, and creating opportunities before positions even exist. Success in this role comes from curiosity, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.

Develop relationships with mortgage professionals through networking, referrals, and industry engagement. Identify and recruit experienced Mortgage Loan Originators and other sales talent. Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates. Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and industry relationships. Represent PRMI at recruiting events, career fairs, industry functions, and networking opportunities. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and growth initiatives. Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Create an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. Utilize recruiting technology and CRM systems to maintain accurate candidate information. Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.

Successful candidates will demonstrate: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Confidence initiating conversations with new people Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional presence and high emotional intelligence A consultative approach to recruiting and relationship management Preferred Qualifications Recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience Mortgage origination experience preferred Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms CRM or applicant tracking system experience Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Within your first year you will: Build a strong pipeline of qualified mortgage professionals. Develop meaningful relationships with industry talent and referral sources. Help execute strategic growth initiatives by attracting exceptional mortgage professionals. Deliver a professional, high-touch recruiting experience that reflects our culture and values.
