Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop crew members to deliver the best customer experience
- Ensure food quality consistently exceeds standards
- Follow and enforce cash handling procedures
- Provide fast, friendly guest service every shift, every day
- Step in as needed to keep shifts running smoothly
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
- Support the General Manager in achieving business goals including sales, costs, labor, and inventory management
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative
- Set a great example by being punctual and in proper uniform
