Telemetry Registered Nurse

The Telemetry RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. This role involves assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The Telemetry RN will monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition promptly. Effective communication with patients and their families is essential in this role. The RN will be expected to document patient care accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Participation in ongoing education and certification is required to maintain competencies. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes for success in this role. The Telemetry RN will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. An understanding of telemetry equipment and procedures is crucial for this position.
