Responsibilities Cook in assigned station Maintain standards on food safety, cleaniliness, standards Work as a team to ensure smooth shift Clean and reset station before leavining Prep/ set up station before starting Skills Kitchen experience with line experience preferred Knife handling skills Ability to read and follow directions as well as listening to verbal directions Ability to focus and maintain standards during rushes Ability to communicate clearly with co workers and management Ability to work in a hot kitchen during summer with little to no breaks #J-18808-Ljbffr
